A nonprofit charitable organization. The Foundation exists to expand charitable access to technology, research, training, partnerships, and resources that can strengthen missing-child and public-safety response.

Satellite Child Find, Inc.

A separate for-profit technology company. Satellite Child Find, Inc. may separately pursue commercial contracts, government contracts, technology development, research opportunities, and other lawful business activities.

How the Organizations May Collaborate

  • The organizations may collaborate where doing so advances the Foundation's charitable mission.
  • Any transaction between affiliated organizations must be appropriately documented, reviewed for conflicts of interest, consistent with applicable nonprofit law, and structured so that the Foundation receives fair value and advances its charitable purposes.
